James Hamilton is a litigation attorney who, since 1982, served as a Principal at Riordan & McKinzie, PC. In 2003, the firm merged with Bingham & McCutchen, where Mr. Hamilton continued his practice until his retirement this past year. Previously, Mr. Hamilton was a Partner at Nossaman, Waters, Scott, Krueger & Riordan. He was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the state and federal district courts in the State of California. Mr. Hamilton has also served on the Board of Governors for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
