William Ouchi, PhD

William Ouchi, PhD is the Sanford & Betty Sigoloff Professor in Corporate Renewal at The Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, where he teaches courses in management and organization design. He also serves as the Chair of the Los Angeles Educational Alliance for Restructuring Now (LEARN), as an advisor to the Joint Senate-Assembly Committee on Preparing California for the 21st Century, and as a member of the Consumer Advisory Committee of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
