Executive Staff

Christine Sumbi serves as the Vice-President of the Foundation. A graduate of the University of Southern California (Cum Laude), she has worked in the non-profit sector for over thirteen years. Previously the West Coast Regional Manager of the National Conference of Synagogue Youth, Ms. Sumbi has been with the California Heart Center Foundation since its inception. She has played an instrumental role in the development of the Foundation and its various programs. In addition to managing the Foundation’s research grants and its daily operations, Ms. Sumbi currently is responsible for the implementation of physician education programs, patient education programs, community outreach initiatives, annual fundraising events, public relations and marketing initiatives and strategic planning.
